Can I book an appointment to try pieces on?

THE SHOWROOM IS CURRENTLY UNDER RENOVATION AND WILL BE OPEN SOON 😊 

Yes. We host showroom appointments in our Brisbane showroom. You can select a bridal appointment or an event wear appointment. If you are unsure which appointment is right for you, please get in touch. 

Do you still offer a hire service?

No, we no longer offer garment hire. Our pieces are purchase only. 

Do you buy dresses on consignment?

Yes, occasionally. Please email photos and a detailed description of your garment to hellomondo@outlook.com

Do you offer returns?

No, returns/exchanges are not something we offer at this stage. Please read descriptions and assess measurements carefully. You can also refer to our condition guided here. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, absolutely! We offer a flat rate international shipping option at $40 AUD.
